About us
We're Antony and Lydia, a husband and wife team located in Richmond-upon-Thames. Our background is in commercial and residential property management, buy-to-let and well-being
Antony has an extensive 35-year career in managing large commercial premises and is a Director of Workplace across EMEA, managing commercial leases, office relocations and refurbishments including all aspects of maintenance and fit-outs, engaging with, contractors and utility companies.
Lydia has owned, rented and managed residential properties for over 15 years. She does portfolio management engaging with landlords using her knowledge from regularly preparing properties for re-let for new tenants, dealing with all aspects of the check-in to the check-out process.
We use our joint skills in such a way to assure that your tenants enjoy their chosen living space and continuously feel happy in your property
Our standard services:
- Troubleshoot tenancy and maintenance issues
- Arrange all repairs and maintenance with preferred, registered contractors, liaising with landlord over payment of any outgoings
- 24-hour emergency point of contact
- Keyholding service
- Bi-annual property inspections
- Organise Gas Safety certificates annually and share with landlord
- Manage the check-out process liaising with landlord over any deposit scheme repayment
